Surely this is something really special, namely a Dodge Viper GTS with a top mount twin turbo system mounted.

Matt McCarron of M&M Performance had been active in the Viper community for a long time and was already making high quality exhaust manifolds.  In those days there were already some twin turbo setups on Vipers, but not everything was as successful and most of the time the turbo's were hidden and not visible when you opened the hood.

Matt had the idea to be the first to develop a twin turbo system where the 76mm turbo's were "on top" as it were.  The advantage of this is that you can show them to the public, but perhaps more importantly, because the turbo's were mounted higher, there was no scavege pump needed to get the oil back into the sump, this was now done by gravity, making everything more reliable.

The engine itself was completely and we mean really fully built with forged pistons, roller rockers and billet bearing caps. The engine was built to handle 2000 hp.

To get all the power out on the road it would have been handy if a Viper had some kind of traction control system and the Viper is known for the fact that it did not have any......

 In collaboration with NTH Moto, not only was a fully adjustable traction control system installed, but also an engine management system that has 13 modes of boost control, even with "boost per gear" to get the optimum acceleration.

The engine runs on Euro98 at about 1075 whp, but with the use of other fuel it can run at 1300 whp.  At the moment we are still running on wastegate pressure which results in 875 whp. 

In the back there is a modified nitrous oxide tank, which now serves as a water/meth tank.  

The car is sprayed in an orange paint with white pearl stripes from the House of Color brand.  Especially in the sun, the Viper really shines like no other.

We purchased the car in 2021 and have not driven it much since then because it has been quite busy in our workshop with other projects and customer cars, you understand that they take priority.
