This is THE car where it all started for me!

After driving a red Viper GTS during the Cannonballrun, I knew for sure! I had to have a Viper too.

This black Viper was not for sale at the time but during a charity day I was there and so was the Viper. After a nice conversation with the owner and some food, it was soon decided that I should buy the black beast.

After some time I finally had the money together and my first Viper was a fact, what a treat!

The Viper had already been taken care of in USA by the company Heffner Performance. A 650 kit had been fitted which meant the power would be around 650hp.  After a dyno measurement, it came out at 580hp and 930Nm. Slightly less, but certainly not bad.

I drove the car a lot in those days and also took part in a trackday here and there.  Unfortunately, on one such trackday, a pushrod decided it wanted a different place in the engine, resulting in considerable engine damage.

That's when I decided to grab another engine that I had in stock and completely rebuild it. Since I had the urge for more power and had good connections with Roe Racing, it was decided to buy and fit their new 3.2L compressor.  The result is currently around 850HP, but the car still needs a really perfect tune once.

Unfortunately, due to busy business and many other projects, the car has been idle for some time. Still, I hope to have it ready for public roads again soon.
